RGN-MH, LLC is a Texas-based manufactured housing company founded in 2005 by Kyle and Kristi Williams with a clear mission: to elevate the manufactured housing industry through quality homes, strong service, and family values.

With almost three completed decades, the company has focused on providing high-quality new and pre-owned manufactured homes to manufactured housing communities, individual buyers, developers, and workforce housing providers across Texas and the Southwest.

From its inception, RGN-MH quickly became recognized as Texas' leading seller of pre-owned manufactured homes.

A Career Built from the Ground Up in Manufactured Housing

Kyle Williams Journey

Kyle Williams began his career in manufactured housing finance in 1991 with Green Tree Financial Servicing Corp., where he was selected for the Management Leadership Development Program.

Over an eleven-year tenure, he gained hands-on expertise across underwriting, chattel lending, and inventory finance — ultimately serving as Regional Manager for North Texas and Oklahoma.

In 2002, he joined Affordable Residential Communities (ARC), then the largest REIT in the manufactured housing sector. As Senior Vice President, Kyle oversaw 85 communities across eight states, implemented a nationwide inventory system, and contributed to the company's IPO and expansion to over 365 communities.

This foundation led to the creation of RGN-MH — a company built to deliver high-quality manufactured homes at scale while maintaining a personal, service-first approach.

Launched to provide manufactured homes for communities and workforce housing. The name RGN represents the initials of their children — Reigan, Grant, and Nicole.

2018 — RGN Manufacturing Services
Introduced custom-built housing solutions for large-scale housing needs. A first-of-its-kind production facility dedicated to community and workforce housing.

2025 — 20-Year Anniversary & 7,120 Total Homes Sold
A major milestone in manufactured housing leadership and growth. For 15 of the past 20 years, RGN-MH has held the title of Texas' leading seller of pre-owned manufactured homes.
