July 2025 marks the 20th anniversary of RGN-MH, LLC, a company founded in 2005 by Kyle and Kristi Williams with a clear vision: to provide high-quality new and preowned manufactured homes to meet the needs of community operators and the growing workforce housing sector across Texas and beyond.

From its inception, RGN-MH established itself as Texas' leading seller of preowned manufactured homes, holding that position for 14 of the past 20 years. The company's early success was rooted in its deep understanding of community needs, its commitment to quality inventory, and its strong industry relationships.

With almost three completed decades, RGN-MH has sold total of 7,120 manufactured homes, providing safe, affordable, and move-in ready housing solutions to families, developers, and workforce housing providers across the Southwest.

A Milestone and a Momentum Shift

While the 20-year milestone marks a legacy of success, the company is especially proud of the momentum it has built in its most recent chapter. Now operating under the banner of RGN-MH, LLC, the company has entered its third year with renewed leadership, expanded capabilities, and a sharpened focus on scaling its operations in the manufactured housing sector.

In just two years, the newly structured RGN-MH has:
